01 / Expertise

Areas of expertise

Rigorous technical analysis for every stage of a road-traffic dispute — from the scene to the report filed with the court.

01

Road-accident reconstruction

I rebuild how a collision happened from scene evidence, vehicle damage and technical data: travel speeds, points of impact, trajectories and reaction times. I establish whether — and how — the event could have been avoided.

02

Judicial and out-of-court expert reports

I prepare expert reports ordered by the court or requested by the parties, following the procedure and methodology of a judicial technical expert. I answer the objectives, give reasoned conclusions and defend the report, including at hearing.

03

Vehicle and damage valuation

I assess the market value of vehicles and the true extent of losses: justified repair costs, total loss, residual value and depreciation. Useful in disputes with insurers and in transactions.

04

Technical consultancy for lawyers and insurers

I provide technical support in building the case: reviewing documents, framing the objectives for the expert report, checking the opposing party's conclusions and preparing technical questions for the court.

02 / Process

How an expert report unfolds

A predictable path, transparent at every step — so you know from the start what you receive and by when.

  1. 01

    Contact and initial assessment

We discuss the case, set the objectives and I confirm it falls within my competence. You get a clear estimate of timeline and fee, with no obligation.

  2. 02

    Case-file analysis

I study the documents: police report, photo plates, scene sketch, damage sheets, statements and the vehicles' technical data. I identify what is missing and needs completing.

  3. 03

    Investigation and measurements

Where needed, I examine the scene and the vehicles: measurements, marks, deformations. I process the data by calculation and, where appropriate, by simulation.

  4. 04

    The expert report

I write a structured report with reasoned, verifiable conclusions, answering each objective precisely. I defend it before the court and respond to objections.

03 / About

About me

I am a Doctor of Engineering in road vehicles and a judicial technical expert specialised in road traffic. I work by a single principle: the conclusion must follow from the data, not from impressions.

A collision always leaves traces — on the road surface, on the vehicles, in the technical data. My role is to read them correctly and reconstruct what happened, with the tools of engineering and physics, in a form the court can use.

I work with lawyers, courts, insurers and private clients. Every report is written to be understood by a non-specialist, yet to withstand any technical scrutiny.
