This site is a demonstration. Nothing you type into it is sent anywhere — bookings and messages are kept in your own browser and never reach a server. The policy below is the shape a real shop's policy would take, and has to be completed and reviewed before any real launch.
1. Who controls your data
The controller is Fade Room Barbershop, trading at 10 Example Street, Bucharest, Romania. You can write to contact@example.com or ring +40 7xx xxx xxx.
2. What we collect
For bookings: your name, phone number, optional email, the service, the barber, the date and time, and any notes needed to carry out the work. For courses and the waiting list: your name, phone number and the message you send. For the general contact form: your name, a phone number or email, the reason for getting in touch, how you'd like us to reply, and your message.
3. Why, and on what basis
We use your details to confirm and manage appointments, to reply to enquiries, and to organise courses. The basis is performing the contract, or the steps you asked for before entering into one. We don't use your details for marketing without asking you separately.
4. How long we keep it
Appointments and their history are kept for at most 24 months after your last visit. Course enquiries, waiting-list entries and general contact messages are kept for at most 12 months.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, or to have it corrected, deleted, restricted or ported, and you can object to it being processed. Write to contact@example.com. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
6. Cookies
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep your session working and secure. The choice you make in the banner is stored locally in your browser. No analytics or advertising tools are running. If any are added later, they'll stay off until you agree to them.
7. Security and changes
Access to data is limited by accounts, roles and database-level policies. We may update this policy when our suppliers or the way the site works change. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
