Emanoil is an independent design studio (“Emanoil”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We design and build websites. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, the topic you select and the message you write. If you reach out by email or WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
We use Vercel Web Analytics — a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool that counts page views and shows which pages are popular. It does not set cookies, does not track you across other sites, and does not build a profile of you. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may also keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) for security and reliability.

- To provide, maintain and secure this website.
- To keep our own business records of client conversations.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we never use it for advertising.

5. Third-party services
We use a small number of third parties to run the site. Each processes only what is needed for its function, and each has its own privacy policy we encourage you to read:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) — delivers contact-form submissions to us by email. Data you enter in the form passes through FormSubmit for that purpose.
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — serves the site’s typography; Google may receive your IP address to deliver the fonts.
- Unsplash (images.unsplash.com) — serves some imagery in our template demos; may receive your IP address to deliver the images.
- Our hosting provider — serves the website and may keep standard technical logs.
- Vercel Web Analytics — cookieless, privacy-friendly page-view analytics provided by our host. It collects anonymous, aggregated usage data without cookies or cross-site tracking.
6. Data retention
We keep enquiry messages only as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our use of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
